Objective:

The course objective is to teach the fundamentals and explain the importance of effective communication as a business leader.

Learning Outcomes:

  • discuss the importance of effective communication in business
  • understand the appropriate business communication to be used for a specific audience and purpose
  • discuss the importance of data and identify its role in business
  • describe professional standards for using visual media resources for business purposes
