Description

Objective:

The course objective is to provide new Dollar General Store Managers with the operational and leadership skills required to build, maintain, and grow a successful store.

Learning Outcomes:

  • manage all store processes required to maintain a customer ready store
  • identify and execute on strategies to grow store sales
  • use store metrics and reports to identify and address opportunities for improvement (ex. reduce shrink, improve customer satisfaction)
  • use appropriate tools and systems to maximize productivity
