Description

Objective:

The course objective is to cover the following topics: Understanding the Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB), Performing Variance Analysis; Analyzing Trends, Understanding Earned Value Techniques, Generating a Government Estimate at Completion (EAC); Interpreting Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA) Outputs, and practice using EVM as an integrated program management tool. The Practitioner Earned Value Management (EVM) Credential includes six on-line assets, one instructor-led asset, and a comprehensive assessment.

Learning Outcomes:

  • Describe the concept of the Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB) in EVM.
  • Practice EVM variance analysis on program management data.
  • Analyze EVM data to determine program execution trends.
