Objective:

The course objective is to teach professionals how to contribute solutions to senior leaders and how to provide resources for the Facilities Engineering (FE) professional via the course community of practice. Students look at aspects of construction projects from inception through disposal to include requirements development, costing, risk and issue management, and overall project management. This is a blended Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT) course. Through realistic, lecture and scenario-based learning, professionals work in teams to practice developing solutions to a variety of challenges that FE professionals encounter within DOD military construction and facility maintenance.
