Description

Objective:

The course objective is to equip students with the essential management skills to be effective leaders; analyze sales opportunities and customer needs with an emphasis on practical exercises and applied projects, while focusing on communication, leadership, organizational development, problem-solving and decision-making, change management, performance appraisal, and achieving organizational results.
