Description

Objective:

The course objective is to enable students to move to a more direct leadership style and away from a management-based style. The course teaches leaders to establish an environment where innovation and creativity can flourish.

Learning Outcomes:

  • to create and maintain processes and procedures that drive innovation, plan and define performance goals, utilize time effectively, delegate, analyze problems, and make decisions
