Objective:

The course objective is to enable students to overcome being viewed as a transactional or commodity resource versus a true business partner. The course includes key elements such as: developing rapport and trust, designing solutions that advance stakeholders' strategies, strengthening leadership and influence, and managing resistance and conflict.
