Objective:

The course objective is to move participants to incorporate the actions and skills needed to reach new levels of personal and professional success. Students will learn techniques and strategies to deal effectively with challenges, minimize the negative aspects of stress, influence others, and live each day knowing that they can impact one's life, career, and important relationships.
