Description

Objective:

The course objective is to move students from being an individual contributor or new supervisor to becoming a proactive, effective frontline leader. Front line leaders are distinguished from their peers in management by having greater public speaking confidence, the ability to turn around employee performance issues, skills in analyzing and resolving difficult problems, and expanded output by delegating tasks and responsibilities proficiently.

  • Use public speaking preparation methods to build confidence and reduce nervousness
