Description

Objective:

The course objective is to enable students to develop the skills needed to deal with an increasingly complex and virtual workforce. Students will learn to lead virtual teams and effectively use common, readily available virtual technology, assimilate and present increasingly complex information, and lead with enthusiasm to improve employee engagement in the face of cynicism and negativity.
