The course objective is to move students to build and maintain powerful and effective interpersonal business relationships. Students achieve results by communicating professionally and confidently in any business situation; expressing their ideas in ways that are heard; generating enthusiasm from managers, co-workers, staff, and clients; and leading by giving difficult feedback, resolving conflicts, delegating effectively, and building relationships based on trust and accountability.
