Description

Objective:

The course objective is to build a solid understanding and strong working knowledge of the NCUA structure and regulations, investment rules and share insurance; truth-in-savings, reserve requirements, electronic fund transfers, and collection of checks; the Bank Secrecy Act, IRS reporting and withholding, privacy regulations, and foreign transactions and bribery; lenders responsibilities and borrowers' rights, credit discrimination, mortgage disclosures, and real estate settlements; and truth-in-lending, Equal Credit Opportunity Act and debt collection.
