Description

Objective:

This course is offered through Coursera, which is an ACE Authorized Instructional Platform.

The program objective is to prepare learners for roles as SAP-savvy business analysts by equipping them with analytical, documentation, and systems skills. Across four courses, students learn how to break down business challenges, engage stakeholders, document requirements, and propose solutions using SAP tools and best practices.

The learning path begins with business analysis foundations, covering process mapping, stakeholder management, and SAP’s Activate methodology, alongside the use of modern AI tools to support analysis and communication. Next, learners build strong documentation skills, producing professional outputs such as process maps, user stories, and business requirement documents.

Practical experience is emphasized through projects that use SAP Signavio and SAP Analytics Cloud. Learners analyze, model, and optimize business processes, then create end-to-end transformation proposals that demonstrate their capabilities. These projects result in portfolio-ready artifacts that showcase readiness for real-world roles.

Upon completion, graduates will have the ability to bridge business needs with SAP solutions, positioning themselves for roles in business analysis, digital transformation, and enterprise systems support. This program is ideal for those with a basic understanding of business processes who want to move into analyst or transformation roles within SAP environments.
