Description

Objective:

The course objective is to train personnel who have been appointed as a Contracting Officer Representative (COR) over a DLA Energy bulk fuel services contract. Trainees learn the roles and responsibilities of their appointed position from the beginning of the contract lifecycle through contract termination and changeover. Additionally, this course covers a review of the Defense Logistics Agency Energy interim policies and procedures that pertain to the performance of COR duties, as well as other applicable federal and DoD guidance.
