Description

Objective:

The course objective is to provide potential or acting U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) Responsible Officers, Property Administrators, and Terminal Managers the knowledge needed to properly account for and oversee the management of Defense Working Capital Fund (DWCF) fuel facilities.

Learning Outcomes:

  • Discuss, from a ‘joint perspective’, general and specific DLA Energy fuels applications, interfaces, and process flows.
  • Use applications for inventory control and to obtain management information.
  • Describe Terminal Manager and Responsible Officer roles and responsibilities for overseeing the proper management of Defense Working Capital Funded fuels facilities in accordance with DoD Manual 4140.25M and DLA Energy interim policies and operating instructions.
  • Use the Base Level User Guide and the DLA Energy Base Level Help Desk to resolve issues and problems in a timely manner.
  • Perform mission tasks.
