Description

Objective:

The course objective is to provide the skills for effectively integrating and embodying the learning from previous courses: Fundamentals, Fulfillment, Balance, and Process.

Learning Outcomes:

  • become creative with the client in the moment rather than following pre-conceived rules
  • articulate and apply the four cornerstones of Co-Active coaching
  • articulate and coach from the principles of fulfillment, balance and process coaching
  • incorporate individual creativity and style in coaching
  • articulate and apply the five contexts of Co-Active coaching: curiosity, listening, intuition, self-management and action/learning
  • articulate and apply the many skills of Co-Active coaching such as acknowledgment, bottom-lining, or requesting

General Topics:

  • General course topics creating a learning environment which encourages experimentation and learning by doing
  • Integrating the previous courses to deepen the understanding of the Co-Active model
  • Expanding the capacity of the coach to be more effective at helping their clients using voice, story and range
