Description

Objective:

The course objective is to provide the skills necessary for effective process coaching through instruction and participation with clients; working with emotionally charged issues; and helping clients experience where they are internally rather than talk about it.

Learning Outcomes:

  • understand how to meet clients in both their messy and ecstatic places
  • use intuition, listening, and curiosity to deepen the client's understanding of themselves and their commitment to creating a fulfilling life
  • train coaches to create awareness of client's emotional state
  • help clients become fully present to where they are in life
  • recognize areas of resistance and guide the client to go deeper into their experience

  • Creating a learning environment which encourages experimentation and learning by doing
  • Expanding the emotional experience of participants
  • Providing a framework and practice on how to be with intense emotions
  • Deepening a client's experience to be in the present moment with whatever experience they may be having
  • Identifying marginalized areas in a client's life and the capacity to understand through experiencing those moments rather than avoiding them

  • Deepened connection to life purpose and how to continue with goals
