Description

Objective:

The course objective is to teach mid-level security practitioners how to engage all functional levels within the enterprise to deliver information system security, among other things, plans and policies, enterprise roles, security metrics, risk management, standards and regulations, physical security, and business continuity.

Learning Outcomes:

  • Evaluate information security laws and regulations, standards and controls, risk management and strategies, metrics and key performance indicators, physical and environmental security controls
  • Create contingency plans for information systems, security through a risk-based approach, secure systems and information resources across the Department of Defense enterprise
