Objective:

The course objective is to discuss the increase in the globalization of the healthcare industry; recognize shifts in business conduct, project management, and organizational success; describe project management characteristics as skill sets; indicate the nature of healthcare work in today's process-driven and project-oriented businesses; and apply skills and practices obtained from project management examples.
