Objective:

The course objective is to practice skill-sets that define business process model (BPM) methodology; explore the history of BPM and its impact on other management initiatives; distinguish between various levels of analyses within an organization; identify methods by which activities are assessed, mapped, and diagrammed for improvement purposes; and address selected topics within BPM pertaining to practitioner skill sets, trends, technology, and best practices.
