Objective:

The course objective is to recognize the importance of perception and value in cultural similarities and differences often encountered while building business relationships; interpret your own SPM profile; apply your SPM profile to adapt successfully when working across different cultures and even within your own culture; detect ways to maximize business opportunities in new markets; and identify various overseas market needs.
