Description

Objective:

The course objective is to impart the necessary understanding of the Agile environment and how to manage; develop an understanding of the principles of Agile management; understand the various scrum roles and ceremonies; implement value driven delivery while applying continual process improvement practices; and maintain stakeholder engagement.

Learning Outcomes:

  • Explain the importance of integrating Agile principles with an Agile mindset
  • Detail the roles involved in the Scrum process
  • Create value-centric alignment between the team and customer expectations
  • Explain the significance of each Scrum artifact to the success of project deliverables
  • Determine how each of the Scrum values relate to the Scrum team roles and the Scrum process
  • Understand the Scrum framework, and how to apply iterative and incremental processes
  • Understand the importance of Scrum ceremonies and methodologies informing these planning methods
  • Apply various Agile tools when estimating and planning your project deliverables
