Description

Objective:

The course objective is to advance the expertise of the student and practice skills that define project management in the 21st century; employ the theory of reframing, utilizing techniques including observational skills, metaphors, analogies, and creative thinking; inform professionals of current cutting-edge practices that are increasing value and productivity throughout the industry; and understand and apply the concepts of resource capacity planning, employee engagement, team resilience, change management, risk management, and maturity models effectively.
