Description

Objective:

The course objective is to help students acquire the knowledge they will need to pursue certification and either begin or advance a career in management. This course will expand management knowledge on topics such as the key concepts of intercultural communications, conflict resolution, how one's culture affects the perceptions of others, and the importance of knowing one's own cultural identity.
