Description

Objective:

The course objective is to define Business Process Modeling (BPM); explore the history of BPM and its impact on other management initiatives; distinguish between various levels of analyses within an organization; list the methods by which activities are assessed, mapped, and diagrammed for improvement purposes; and recognize selected topics within BPM.
