Description

Objective:

Student will have an understanding of the concepts of Business Law and Professional Responsibilities, and will have sufficient knowledge to pass the Business Law and Professional Responsibilities section of the Uniform CPA Exam; and will be able to demonstrate knowledge of professional and legal responsibilities, including professional conduct; business organizations, contracts, debtor-creditor relationships, as well as government regulation of business, including the federal securities acts, employment regulations, and environmental regulation.

Learning Outcomes:
