Description

Objective:

The course objective is to examine key aspects from all critical business disciplines that are important to managers; provide methods for managers to draw upon through their careers to make them confident leaders; describe the ambiguity of business ethics and its impact on decision making; explain the goals and tactics of marketing communications, advertising, public relations, personal selling, and sales promotions; define key process management terms and illustrate the process management cycle; examine the theory of macroeconomics and explain government policies that impact businesses; and learn how to use and interpret accounting information including balance sheets, income statements, and statements of cash flow.
