Description

Objective:

The course objective is to employ the skill sets necessary for business process modeling (BPM); explore the history of BPM and infer about its impact on other management initiatives; distinguish between various levels of analyses within an organization; investigate methods by which activities are assessed, mapped, and diagrammed for improvement purposes; and breakdown practitioner skill sets, trends, technology, and best practices.
