Objective:

The course objective is to provide a great deal of thought and insight to logistical design and management; examine the evidence which indicates that this critical arena of business strategy is simply treated as a given in most firms and not subject to the same rigorous analysis as other aspects of strategy; and develop, implement, and manage a market distribution strategy for your logistical operations.
