Description

Objective:

The course objective is to educate the business professional about the business aspects of contracts, specifically acquisition planning, Agile principles, cost/price analysis, communication skills, risk management and contract disputes. This course will also act as a guide to prepare students for the National Contract Management Association (NCMA) General Business Knowledge Module certification examination.

  • Form Agile teams
  • Define contract termination clauses
  • Explain contract changes and contract closeout
