Description

Objective:

The course objective is to focus on analysis of the management of strategic actions and processes within and across firm boundaries; gain perspective and knowledge of the integration of environmental factors and organizational functions during the analysis of management problems; develop management strategies for organizational success, growth and profitability through research and discussion; and explore why firms win or lose in competitive markets and examine the reasons for good or bad firm management by taking an in-depth look at a variety of companies and determining what factors contributed to their managerial failures and/or successes.
