Description

Objective:

The course objective is to provide students with an understanding of organizational structure, how the claim function fits within the larger organization, and how to lead claims behaviors that align with the mission. The course assignments describe the aligned organization and examine alignment specifically from a claims management perspective. Additionally, course materials cover the role of the claims leader in employee development, competitive advantage, claims decision support, geopolitics in management, the business community, and the application of data analytics on claims handling.
