Description

Objective:

The course objective is to understand different personality traits in relation to self and others; recognize the influence that different personality types have on achieving personal and group goals; and be able to apply skills required for effective communication. This module provides the knowledge and skills required to successfully undertake the Business, Science, Social Science and Psychology modules in Levels II and III.

Learning Outcomes:

  • apply a range of social skills needed for effective communication with others
