GED logos are not approved for commercial use by third parties or vendors. To inquire about obtaining permission to use the GED term and mark and developing a relationship with the GED testing program, please contact pubs@ace.nche.edu.

I understand the following statement, and agree that all print and electronic publications must contain the following disclaimer when using the federally registered GED trademark or logos.

GED_® and the GED Testing Service_® are registered trademarks of the American Council on Education_® and may not be used or reproduced without the express written permission of the American Council on Education.
