Testimony to the House Ways and Means Committee on the Charitable Deduction

University of New Hampshire (UNH) President Mark W. Huddleston’s testimony on behalf of ACE and 10 other higher education associations at a Feb. 14, 2013 House Ways and Means Committee hearing on “Tax Reform and Charitable Contributions.”

The hearing was called to examine the itemized deduction for charitable contributions as part of the overall effort on comprehensive tax reform.

In addition to ACE, the associations endorsing the testimony included:
