​This video is designed to motivate a diverse group of emerging leaders to aspire to senior executive positions in higher education.

It features interview segments from a diverse group of presidents who will highlight the joys of the presidency, its intrinsic rewards, and the sense of pride and satisfaction experienced through this position.
