Comments on Proposed Student Health Insurance Regulations

​Comments to the Department of Health and Human Services on proposed regulations for student health insurance. These regulations were issued in response to a request from ACE, the American College Health Association and several other organizations for guidance on how colleges and universities can continue to offer affordable, high-quality student health plans that comply with the consumer protections created by Affordable Care Act.
