Comments to the Department of Health and Human Services on Proposed Student Health Insurance Regulations

The regulations are in part a response to a request from ACE, the American College Health Association and several other organizations for guidance on how colleges and universities can continue to offer affordable, high-quality student health plans that comply with the consumer protections created by Affordable Care Act.

While the proposed rules provide needed clarification, there are specific areas where additional specificity is needed.
