New Resources Available for Collaborations Between Multicultural Education and Internationalization

At Home in the World toolkit logo

 

​The At Home in the World Toolkit, a collection of videos, graphics and other resources on the overlap between diversity and international education initiatives at colleges and universities, is now available on the ACE website.

Users can view the lessons learned through eight years of research and work on the subject, including the results of the on-campus efforts of the eight institutions directly involved in the project.

Produced as a collaborative effort between ACE’s Inclusive Excellence Group and Center for Internationalization and Global Engagement, the toolkit is focused on helping campuses in their efforts to prepare students to be active contributors in an increasingly global and multicultural society. 

It is designed to provide international and multicultural educators and administrators at colleges and universities with:

  • Communication strategies that foster collaboration;
  • Planning processes that advance shared priorities; and
  • Models that feature new traditions of collaboration.

Among the highlights are more than 30 videos of campus administrators sharing efforts and success strategies on their campuses. Visit the toolkit on ACE’s website.
