ACE’s Lifelong Learning Resource Center can help you apply your ACE credit recommendations.
The Army, Marine Corps, and Navy are now using a Joint Services Transcript (JST). The Coast Guard is also in the process of switching to the JST.
If a college denies your request to transfer your ACE credit recommendations, you can contact the Resource Center for assistance. We will ask you to provide the following information:
• What is your student status?
- Are you applying to a college or already enrolled?
- What is your degree program?
Is the college unfamiliar with ACE credit recommendations?
Does the college’s transfer policy allow for transfer of college-level learning from sources other than accredited colleges and universities?
Does your course with ACE credit recommendations meet requirements in your degree program?
• Get the contact information for the person who informed you of the school’s decision. You will need their full name, title, email address, and phone number.
