 Staff in the Lifelong Learning Resource Center answer questions about ACE transcripts and credit recommendations for military and corporate training and provide resources to guide returning adult learners. 

The Lifelong Learning Resource Center is available Monday through Friday from 8:45 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST. We're dedicated to answering your questions and connecting you with additional resources.

ACE’s Lifelong Learning Resource Center can help you apply your ACE credit recommendations.

The Army, Marine Corps, and Navy are now using a Joint Services Transcript (JST).  The Coast Guard is also in the process of switching to the JST.

If a college denies your request to transfer your ACE credit recommendations, you can contact the Resource Center for assistance.  We will ask you to provide the following information:

• What is your student status?

• Are you applying to a college or already enrolled?
• What is your degree program? 

•  What is the reason for the denial?  For example:

• Is the college unfamiliar with ACE credit recommendations?
• Does the college’s transfer policy allow for transfer of college-level learning from sources other than accredited colleges and universities?
• Does your course with ACE credit recommendations meet requirements in your degree program?

• Get the contact information for the person who informed you of the school’s decision.  You will need their full name, title, email address, and phone number.
