Letter to the Senate in Opposition to the Manchin Amendment to the Comprehensive Immigration Reform Bill

Letter to the Senate in opposition to amendment #1219 to the DREAM Act provisions in the Border Security, Economic Opport unity, and Immigration Modernization Act of 2013 (S. 744). The amendment, offered by Sen. Joe Manchin (D-WV), would eliminate the option for DREAM Act students in bachelor's degree programs to attain lawful permanent residency after completing two years toward their degree.
