Request to the Defense Department to Reinstate the Military Tuition Assistance Program

Letter to Defense Secretary Charles T. Hagel expressing concern with the decision by the Army, Air Force and Marines to suspend the Tuition Assistance Program in the face of the sequestration cuts that began on March 1, 2013.
