Letter to House on Improving Transparency of Education Opportunities for Veterans Act

​Letter to the House on the Improving Transparency of Education Opportunities for Veterans Act (H.R. 4057), which would provide additional consumer information and protections for veterans using G.I. Bill education benefits. While ACE strongly supports efforts to provide veterans with accurate information and to protect them from fraudulent and unduly aggressive recruiting practices occurring at a subset of institutions, there are concerns that some provisions may undercut the bill's larger goals.​​
