​From the presidents of six university, medical college and higher education associations to express the strong support of member associations for the Patent Reform Act of 2011 (S. 23). This bipartisan agreement represents the successful culmination of a thorough, balanced effort to update the U.S. patent system to support more effectively the nation’s economic competitiveness and job creation in the increasingly competitive global environment of the 21st century.
