Letter to the House in Support of the America Invents Act

​Patent Coaltion letter expressing strong support for the American Invents Act of 2011 (H.R. 1249), which was reported by the House Judiciary Committee April 12 on a vote of 32-3. This bipartisan legislation represents the successful culmination of a thorough, balanced effort to update the U.S. patent system to support more effectively the nation’s economic competitiveness and job creation in the increasingly competitive global economic environment of the 21st century.
