Letter on Final Student Health Insurance Coverage Regulations

This letter, addressed to Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary Kathleen Sebelius and the White House, discusses the delay in releasing final student health insurance coverage regulations. ACE asks HHS to immediately issue the final rules or announce that implementation will be delayed until the 2013-14 academic year.
