The College Board’s 2013 Trends in Student Aid and College Pricing reports present a mixed picture. The good news is the rate of increase in tuition for public four-year and community colleges is at its lowest in recent years.
The College Board released its annual “trends” reports this morning, and the findings represent a mixed picture for college costs and student aid.
