Comments to the Senate Finance Committee on Tax Reform and Higher Education

​Comments to the Senate Finance Committee discussing the tax provisions important to college students, families and institutions, as well as charitable giving tax incentives, particularly the itemized deduction for charitable giving. Submitted in response to Committee Chair Orrin Hatch's (R-UT) call for stakeholders to provide ideas, proposals, and feedback on how to improve the American tax system.
