Comments to EEOC on Proposed Regulations for the Americans With Disabilities Act

Comments submitted to the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission from ACE and CUPA-HR about proposed rules implementing the Equal Employment Provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Amendments Act of 2008. The comments say that aspects of the proposed rules would result in negative, unintended consequences, including disregarding the act's requirement that disability determinations be made on a case-by-case basis.
