Amicus Brief to the U.S. Supreme Court: Schuette v. Coalition to Defend Affirmative Action

Amicus brief to the U.S. Supreme Court in the case Schuette v. Coalition to Defend Affirmative Action, urging justices to strike down the state of Michigan’s ban on the consideration of race and ethnicity in admissions decisions. The court will hear the case in fall 2013.
