Amicus Brief: To the NLRB in Pacific Lutheran University v. Service Employees International Union

​B​rief submitted to the National Labor Relations Board in a case that looks at whether a group of full-time, non-tenure-track faculty members at Pacific Lutheran University are “managerial employees” who fall outside the scope of the National Labor Relations Act.
